Hi, I’m Hope and I am a health first personal trainer and fitness instructor.

I used to be deeply into diet culture and all the lies it spouts to us. I was always moving my body and restricting food in a way that would punish it. I would pick at what I viewed as flaws and strive to change the way I looked.

Where did it leave me? Feeling miserable, tired and angry. Enough is enough I am done punishing myself and my goal for you is to help show you how!

I’m offering 5 online classes per week live and on demand that are 100% free from diet culture!

No chat about burning calories, no ‘go hard or go home’ and definitely no ‘burning off the weekend’. Each week we have five classes to get involved in.

Expect high reps in the strength class, a sweaty start to your day in the bodyweight class, a class to build a strong stable core, some relaxed mobility and flexibility and even a dance class to connect with moving your body in an enjoyable way!

What equipment do I need?

Weights/resistance bands useful for strength class but not essential. A backpack filled with heavy objects will do the job!

How do I cancel?

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.

Hope is a motivating, non-judgmental and inspiring personal trainer. She motivates you to enjoy exercise and get the most out of it, rather than it being a chore that you feel as though you should do! Hope always works to fitness goals rather than weight loss which helps you think about exercise differently and increases satisfaction when you do reach those goals that you’ve been working towards. I really enjoy taking part in Hope’s online classes, and a great community.
