My yoga practice started at the age of 14. I fell in love with how I felt after experimenting with creating my own flows.

I did my Hotpod Yoga’s 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher training programme in September 2020, and started teaching online classes for women in my community.

I love empowering women to appreciate their bodies for what they do instead of how they look.

My personal health & fitness journey helped to heal my body image issues & feel more at home & empowered in my body.

I wish to impart the transformation I experienced to other women, helping them believe their bodies are strong & ​capable of so much.

My classes are mindfully designed to bring out your inner strength whilst also channeling peace & serenity.

Through slow, conscious movement we will build strength, mentally & physically, to empower you to experience the depth of your power and resilience.

We will also soften into the physical & emotional space to create a sense of grace and ease in your body.
