I’ve always enjoyed being active from a young age, and after regularly attending the gym and fitness classes for years I wanted the opportunity to inspire and influence others to enjoy the benefits of being fitter and healthier, mentally and physically.

I’ve been growing my fitness career for the past 6 years, starting out as a Circuit Training Instructor teaching group classes, to teaching HIIT and strength and conditioning.

This led me on to achieving my Personal Training qualification and, most recently, my antenatal/post natal qualification.

I love teaching fitness classes and I hope that my positive energy really shines through in my classes.

After years experience I’m excellent at giving alternative exercises for people to make it less or more intense, making it enjoyable for all audiences.
