I have spent the majority of my life keeping very fit and active through various sports and activities, appreciating everything that the world provides for us.
My journey has not been a simple one, but I am so fortunate to have been strong enough to fight and recover. I educated myself and I am empowered by knowing that I can help people globally to be their very best selves.
Keeping fit has changed my mindset; the endorphins give me drive and ambition and help me make healthy life decisions.
Working up a sweat is my favourite way to release endorphins, be it through high or low intensity programmes. I work through majority of my sessions with High Intensity Cardio and Strength Work.
I really value the benefits gained from lower impact exercises, so variety through the week will work us hard to achieve the best from our bodies.
Not only does my training prove effective in advancing strength and levels of endurance in training, but also for anybody looking to better themselves.
