I have always had a passion for fitness and decided to turn it into a career 6 years ago.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & Massage Therapist with a professional Performing Arts background.

I love how group fitness can bring people who share the same enthusiasm & passion together. I want to help individuals enjoy exercise, gain confidence, get fitter & stronger for everyday life.

All sessions are programmed to challenge & push your body to the next level with a mixture of strength, cardio & stretch.

Classes are scheduled so you will hit all muscle groups, seeking progressive overload whilst incorporating recovery days.

They’re for everybody to access no matter your fitness ability, and they’re all done in a friendly, encouraging & inclusive atmosphere with an emphasis on correct form & technique.

My goal is for you to leave class feeling strong, confident & energised!
