Hi, I’m Lucy and I’m thrilled to be working with Arnold Clark to provide all employees with free, online fitness classes.

My classes vary in style, but they’ll always leave you feeling revived and accomplished. Whether you’re looking to get a sweat on, build strength or feel calmer, I’m confident you’ll find something in my timetable that suits you.

During class, I always make sure to give my participants different exercise options so my classes are accessible to all fitness levels.

For some classes you might need some equipment but others are completely equipment free.

FAQs

Do I need any other software to access the classes?

The class link on Class-ify will automatically take you through to Zoom. You can simply use your web browser to access Zoom but if you would like more functionality, you can download the Zoom app [https://zoom.us/].

How long are recorded classes available on demand?

They are available for 14 days

Do I need to book classes?

There’s no need to pre-book – simply click the button beside your chosen class a few minutes before it begins. This will take you through to Zoom.

Do I need to have my camera on during class?

It’s totally up to you if you would like to have your camera on or not. Sometimes people find it motivating to have their camera on and be able to check their form as they as doing the exercises.
