Hi! I’m Louis. I’m a fully qualified Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer.

I have been in the industry for over 10 years, which has provided me with a wealth of experience & passion for what I do.

I believe that being a Personal Trainer is more than just training someone; it’s to inspire, influence & motivate you to be the best you can be both physically & mentally.
