Hey there, my name is Tina!

I am so happy you’re here! My friends say I’m a ball of energy with a bubbly personality. When I started my journey I was anything but the picture of a healthy fit person… Years later, here I am, standing strong as Personal Trainer with Diploma in Nutrition and my own Fitness Studio. I am passionate about promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle through working with my clients, providing delicious recipes, challenging workouts, and encouraging body positivity.

Each week, we will have 5 classes – 4 workouts for you, and 1 fun class on a Sunday suitable for your kids! (Yes, you heard that right!)

I deeply care about my clients and there is nothing more important to me than to teach you all the benefits of training, that made me into the person I am today. Looking forward to grow with you!
