I began my journey in the fitness industry after having lost 30kg in a year; with this, I qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer, fitness coach and nutritional advisor.

I’ve worked in well-known gyms such as Pure Gym & Virgin Active and, over time, have created successful and fun classes.

I love to see people push themselves to their limit, and sometimes in fitness it can be hard to self-motivate…which is what I’m here for!

Seeing people smile as they leave my intense classes and give me their positive feedback puts a smile on my face. I choose to teach fitness classes because I want to see others reach their goals as I did.

My classes are the perfect way to stay fit! Fun, challenging & rewarding is how I’d describe them. You’ll leave with a smile on your face, as well as a sweat!
