Welcome to Feel Free With B!

I’m Rebecca, but people know me as B. I’m a Pilates & Yoga teacher with a professional dance background, certified in L3 Mat Pilates & 200 hr Yoga Alliance International.

My professional dance training has given me qualities I use on & off the mat, which I want to share with you!

Teaching alignment, awareness of position, movement of the body & correct posture is important to me. I believe these are the foundations of a comfortable & physically pain free life.

I love the buzz I get from teaching a good workout that makes people feel amazing on the inside, and look great on the outside!

I’d love you to join my classes so you can benefit from the knowledge I’ve acquired, not just from my Yoga & Pilates qualifications, but from a lifetime of learning & focusing on movement, balance, alignment & proprioception.

All levels & abilities are welcome as I always give modifications & adaptations.
