Hello everyone! My name is Eva and I welcome you to my online community of strong, empowered and motivated individuals looking to improve their performance, fitness levels and mindset on a day to day basis.

I am a professionally trained dancer although fitness is what changed my mindset and outlook on myself and life. I believe in training to feel good, strong and leave with that amazing feeling of accomplishment. If you believe in this too… I know this community is right for you!

The main focus of my class is using our bodyweight. We are all stuck at home and may be for a while, with little to no equipment. All classes are bodyweight, some are more strength focused with exercises all about that time under tension; others are sweaty, challenging and endurance based getting that heart rate nice and high – also about pushing past those mental boundaries!

I will also be focusing this page on allowing people to have a voice and share their feelings and emotions.
