I’ve worked in the fitness industry for many years, mainly specialising in Ski Fitness. having spent 20 years in the French Alps.

I love to engage with clients, and encourage health! My personal disciplines are female strength, competitive bodybuilding, and female fitness over 40.

I love the idea of empowering people through exercise.
