I’m an experienced Personal Trainer with 10+ years experience and an innate drive to provide exceptional service.

Working in both the private & public sector, I’ve played an integral part in designing classes for gyms across London. I’m adept in individualised fitness plan design, biomechanics & creative class development.

I have many certifications, including: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NVQ L3 Instructing Physical Exercise & Fitness, CrossFit Level 1, Combat & Conditioning and more.

I began by training clients individually, but something was missing! I learnt that people work harder & enjoy exercise more when there’s peer pressure and competition.

The buzz you get from a class of people who are enduring as much pain as you are is something special! That feeling drove me to pursue teaching groups.
