I have a First Class Honours degree in Nutrition & Health.

After graduating, I wanted to change my path but continue to follow my passion for health, so I did Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Himalaya Yoga Valley.

I fell in love with Ashtanga but craved a slow-paced practice, so I went on to do Yin Yoga Teacher Training. My ultimate goal is to inspire everyone in the world to feel and be the best version of themselves.

I’m constantly evolving as a teacher to better guide my students.

I have the following qualifications:

– Bachelor degree Nutrition & Health
– 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training
– 60 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

I offer a wholesome approach to Yoga where we work with the body and mind to help support it for everyday living. I help my students cultivate a mind/body connection that helps them understand themselves better.

Enjoy as I guide you through every pose and help create a sense of well-being. I’ve also been told I have a very soothing voice!
