I’ve been a Personal trainer for 20 years.

I’m experienced in providing indoor and outdoor bootcamps, sports team training, and I’ve taken part in Tough Mudder races.

I teach proper movement & technique for all ages.

I’m passionate about moving the body without aches & being strong for a better quality of life.
