Hi, I’m Casey Jayy and I am from the land down under Australia!

I have been in the industry for over 10 years working as an International Dance/Cheer Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor teaching Pilates, Cycle, Aerial Yoga as well as Strength and Conditioning.

I believe in a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. I want my clients to walk away feeling taller, happier and moving freely with no pain.

Learn to move without pain, feel taller and more energetic! All Ages, Abilities and Pre/Post Natal welcome! I am a multilevel coach which means classes are for all different abilities.

Having never tried Pilates before, Casey’s classes were a fun and friendly way to learn Pilates techniques and experience the many health benefits. Personally, I valued the quick improvements to my strength, mobility, and mental health. I have sometimes felt intimidated and anxious in fitness settings but Casey is wonderfully patient and supportive throughout the sessions.
