Welcome to CARNIFITNESS.
If you are looking for something a bit different to regular boring workout classes... Join us for some Carnival Fitness! Our classes are a place to sweat, burn calories and get into that carnival spirit... what are you waiting for?!
About us:
Jahrel - "Fitness has been a huge part of my life and journey. It has helped me majorly with my dance career giving me the education and knowledge to perform in West End, in shows such as The Lion King. Being classically trained in ballet I have an extensive knowledge on Movement, Core, Posture, Flexibility and Alignment. Personal Training allows me to instil my fitness knowledge and experience in others as I help to educate my clients on how to obtain a healthy weight and build a strong foundation. We all need to feel good! Together we can change this and give you the confidence and figure you want and deserve to have. I cater for all fitness levels and truly believe that exercise can be fun, once you get started it will become your lifestyle!"
Emma - "Having trained in Musical theatre from a young age, fitness has always been important to me. I started my own fitness journey from the age of 17 and then went on to become a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Training mainly as a dancer, I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to posture, movement and control: understanding your body is the most important thing. I love motivating people to find goals they never thought they had and getting results through a positive and fun environment. I will always push people to the best of their ability and I'm always right there alongside my clients as they achieve their goals, in class or 1-2-1."

Our Classes:
Aerobics - A great cardio endurance workout designed to suit all fitness levels giving you that authentic carnival Caribbean vibe. We will lead you through an easy to follow choreographed routine to music for a total body workout. In this workout, you can expect it to be energetic and musically entertaining. Giving you the latest Caribbean feel playing Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Bashment, and hip hop - there’s truly not a class like it! Great if your goal is weight loss, body tone and/or general fitness.
Equipment Needed - None
Weighted Full Body HIIT - Our weighted high-intensity class is designed around minimal rest times to get that blood pumping. This is the real workout, powering through a mixture of exercises with dumbbells or household items you will really feel the burn. Squatting to your favourite Caribbean tune there’s no rest for the wicked in this is class. Great if your goal is body tone and/or general fitness.
Equipment Needed - Dumbbells (Medium Suggested) and exercise mat
Boxercise - Our boxercise class is a high-intensity bodyweight workout, filled with boxing elements and drills. Punching your way through some Soca tunes, this class is designed to improve motor skills, balance, reaction time and overall agility. From fast punches to fast feet, all movements will be sure to raise your heart rate without the need for a treadmill. Great if your goal is weight loss, body tone and/or general fitness.
