We move and exercise together, but this is also a whole body and lifestyle approach – which puts your hormones first.
This membership is for womxn who want kick over-exercising, fatigue, guilt and strict diets to the kerb and lean into smart, effective and sustainable strategies.
It’s for the womxn who want to:
- Follow a fun and diverse fitness programme that energises rather than depletes them
- Attune their lifestyle and movement to their menstrual cycle, so that it feels more in flow
- Track and tap into the gifts of each stage of their menstrual cycle
- Feel accomplished in their fitness routine, while also feeling balanced and in harmony with their cycle.
- No longer stress about whether they are exercising enough, eating too much or too little, but rather be empowered with knowledge about your body to create your own powerful and intuitive approach.
This is a membership for workout classes, but also a place to connect and learn more about your body and what works for you – when it comes to movement, nutrition and your menstrual cycle.
We will meet three times per week.
All workout classes can be joined live or on demand at a later time so that it fits around your schedule. You can expect high vibes, fun tunes (think 90s, salsa and tropical house music).
I also provide options throughout the class so that you can tailor the workout to exactly how you are feeling on the day and at what point in your menstrual cycle you are in!

- Two workout classes per week (45 to 60-minute classes)
- A stretch and Q&A session every Sunday so that you can start the week in full alignment
