Hi and welcome,

I’m Michelle Lawrence, a Professional Natural Bodybuilder, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, and a 3rd Dan Martial Artist with over 10 years coaching experience and the face behind Body360. I specialise in fat loss and body transformation and my aim at Body360 is to help you embrace the basics and elevate you to your highest potential. I want you to avoid the mistakes I have made over the years on my own fitness journey.

The schedule has been tried and tested and is orchestrated based on my own personal experience through training at home. My limited access to equipment at home – lead to a change in training and continues to be effective. With this said, I am super keen to bring this bodybuilding focused style of training to you. Members will have an opportunity to participate in every session each week targeting all muscle groups and allowing for ample recovery between each session.
