Welcome to the community, we are Blitz By Harper.

Blitz By Harper brings incredible workouts to your home via Zoom, allowing you access to a quality gym class & thoroughly thought through workouts.

I’ll put you through your paces, drive you & push you to be the best you can be. I will be virtually by your side every step (and burpee) of the way.

I created the BLITZ by Harper with four pillars in mind; FITNESS. MIND. COMMUNITY. FUN. It is more than just a workout programme, it’s a community.

The BLITZ will undoubtedly improve your fitness levels and more importantly, your mindset. We will free you from negativity, bring positivity into your day & help you create sustainable change.

What equipment do I need?

We highly recommend that you get yourself a pair of dumbbells for the sessions that need equipment, so that you can get the most out of your Blitz training. I’d recommend www.blkboxfitness.com. Treating yourself to dumbbells will be a great investment and will make your workout life a lot easier. If you aren’t able to purchase equipment then get creative and use home objects as weights. For lower body sessions I’d suggest a back pack filled with books, and upper body 2L water bottles.

How do I cancel?

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.
