Whatever style of yoga you enjoy, we hope that we can offer you the right balance of yoga to keep you coming back to your practice again and again, throughout life’s ups and downs.

We want to help you in your life’s journey, and connect your mind, body & soul.

All our classes are a sanctuary & support for you that are designed intelligently, combining modern scientific techniques with old yogic understanding. Regular practice can lead to overall improved health and emotional resilience.
We are delighted to be able to offer you a full range of Yoga classes with everything from HIIT style yoga to gentle yoga. We also offer specialist classes too, such as runners, beginners and spinal health. We also have monthly workshops.

What equipment do I need?

Small dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, yoga bolster (if you don’t have these we can work around it!)

How do I cancel?

You can do this at any time by visiting your “Member Account” and cancelling your membership there.

I love the small, intimate nature of Becky’s classes and find them relaxing and calming, I suffer with arthritis and after class I have less aches than usual and sleep like a baby!
