I have been training consistently since the age of 17, after years of failed attempts to make fitness a sustainable routine in my life. I also fell in love with the wider world of self-care, meditation, shadow work and holistic health.
After graduating university, I certified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer to finally share my passion for well-living with others.
