I have been teaching since I was a teenager and I started my own online ballet studio during Covid.

I danced as a professional ballerina for 10 years, travelled with companies, danced solo roles and became a certified Personal Trainer with ISSA.

My passion has always been ballet, and a ballet dancer’s body is their most valuable instrument.

Since I sustained very serious injuries, I became interested in how to prevent them.

I began researching ways to stay in shape, which lead to studying nutrition and personal training.

My classes are for all levels and everyBODY. No equipment is necessary and ballet not only helps you look your best, but it helps you FEEL your best.
