I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years as a Group Fitness Instructor & PT.

I hold Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness and a variety of Freestyle & Les Mills Instructor qualifications. I’ve presented workshops to industry peers in relation to instructing various classes.

In 2020, I ran my own online platform as well as being part of a team presenting national online classes.

I grew up heavily involved in dance & music, so it was a natural progression for me into instructing!

Seeing people from a huge range of backgrounds with highly varied goals benefit both physically & mentally from participating in classes is massively rewarding!

I will provide fun yet challenging workouts for you over many formats (so that you don’t get too comfortable!).

My classes will help you improve both overall fitness & strength, and are suitable for every body.
