The aim of AP classes is to make our bodies & minds stronger from the inside out.
You can expect high energy, challenging but progressive workouts.
I will always push you that little bit harder but just remember we’re in it to get stronger together!
Each week we will have 3 classes, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7am.
There are a variation of classes from core, bodyweight cardio and strength to ensure you have a balance of workouts throughout your week.
