I’ve been practicing Yoga since I was 16 & I continue to be blown away by the effect it has on our minds, bodies & lives. Though I originally came to it for the physical aspect, I never expected the incredible benefit it has had on my mental health.

I love being able to share this gift with other people!

I qualified as an Instructor 2 years ago with my 200hr YTA certification.

I have CPDs in Posture Assessments and Working 1:1, Hands on Assists, Further Meditation and Pranayama & Yin Yoga.

My classes vary in style & difficulty, but I aim to make every BODY welcome.

I believe everyone can benefit from practicing yoga, so I encourage people of all beautiful colours, sexes, backgrounds, ages & abilities to join me on the mat.

The most important thing is just turning up on the mat 🙂 even if you spend the whole class breathing in Child’s Pose, you still did yoga!

I encourage every student to make their practice their own – I am simply there as a guide.
