Hi everyone, I’m Alison!

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I’ve been teaching classes for over twenty years. I’m also a natural figure/fitbody competitor, achieving several UK and International placings.

Classes are a great way to reach out and encourage people to get involved in fitness, and they create such good team spirit.

Each week we have 4 classes; a mix of HIIT, Strength and Core. We will work hard, but I promise it will be fun!

You will become stronger, fitter and leave no muscle group ignored.

I will give you exercise options to suit your ability and you will be left beaming with confidence and self-belief of what you can achieve.
