Hi, I'm Alexandra, I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and a Qualified Pre and Post Natal Coach.

ABOUT ME:

Having played multiple sports from a young age and represented Great Britain, my training style includes functional training, with an emphasis on executing the correct technique. Expect to leave my classes feeling energised, challenged and the strongest version of yourself, whilst improving your knowledge along the way.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

  • 4 live classes each week, if you miss them you can catch up on demand
  • Classes are a mixture of strength and conditioning, cardio, and mobility along with some pre and post-natally safe workouts.
  • Access to private Facebook community, for all members to engage, support and motivate each other
  • Education on how to achieve your goals and maintain them for the rest of your life through living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The schedule is set out so that you can complete all classes in a week with me, whilst still incorporating those important recovery days. This will allow us to target all muscle groups multiple times throughout each week and build a base level of fitness which will give you the most bang for your buck and allow you to see the results much quicker.

My approach is to make general health and fitness a part of your life whilst still being able to enjoy life to the fullest and I can't wait to help you get started on your journey.

Membership Details

Your membership will give you access to all live classes by Alexandra each week. All live classes are available on demand for 2 weeks after recording, so if you can’t make the live class, you can catch up later that day.

Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Mobility. Along with some Pre and Post Natal & Pregnancy Safe workouts.
What Equipment Will I Need?

Medium Dumbbells and/or Resistance Bands, Booty Band

Live Class Times

Monday 12pm RELLI FIT (30 mins)

High intensity bodyweight blast. No equipment needed, just bring yourselves, a drink and a towel… it’s going to be a sweaty one!

Tuesday 12pm RELLI STRONG (45 mins)

Full body strength based workout for overall toning. You will learn new lots of new exercises along with the correct techniques. You’ll need some medium dumbbells and/or resistance bands and/or glute band and don’t be fooled because it’s a slower pace, this one is a real burner!

Wednesday 12pm RELLI FIT (30 mins)

High intensity bodyweight blast. No equipment needed, just bring yourselves, a drink and a towel… it’s going to be a sweaty one!

Thursday 12pm RELLI STRONG MAMMA (45 mins)

Full body pre and post-natally safe (once you have been cleared to exercise from your doctor) workout. Full body strength based workout focusing on the areas that are important to strengthen during pregnancy such as GLUTES and CORE. You’ll need some medium dumbbells and/or resistance bands and/or glute band. This class is also suitable for the general population and don’t be fooled because it’s a slower pace, this one is a real burner!
