Hi, I’m Alexandra, I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and a Qualified Pre and Post Natal Coach.

Having played multiple sports from a young age and represented Great Britain, my training style includes functional training, with an emphasis on executing the correct technique.

Expect to leave my classes feeling energised, challenged and the strongest version of yourself, whilst improving your knowledge along the way.

My classes are a mixture of strength and conditioning, cardio, and mobility along with some pre and post-natally safe workouts.

The schedule is set out so that you can complete all classes in a week with me, whilst still incorporating those important recovery days.

This will allow us to target all muscle groups multiple times throughout each week and build a base level of fitness which will give you the most bang for your buck and allow you to see the results much quicker.
