What will my membership include?

ALL classes will be available ON DEMAND for 3 weeks after I have taught them, so if you can’t make one of the live classes, you can catch up in your own time, when it suits you!

What to expect from my HIIT classes:

  • LOTS of high energy & variety in every single class.
  • A full-body workout that will leave no muscle unworked
  • A boost in your overall mood – LOTS of endorphins will be released!!
  • An energetic & FUN way of moving your body, leaving you feeling strong, positive & empowered!

What to expect from my Pilates Classes:

  • To grow a few inches! Lengthening & mobilising through the spine is a fundamental component to all of my Pilates classes
  • A full-body series of movements that will leave you feeling stronger & more flexible
  • To find muscles you never knew you had! Pilates has a wonderful way of using muscles you’ve never used before but leaves you feeling stretched & free!
  • A big focus on increasing core strength to help strengthen the lower back and general day-to-day posture
  • A sense of calm. Whilst Pilates can be hard work, I always end my classes with super nice stretches that will help you to feel freer and more mobile in your areas of tightness.

What to expect from my MORE THAN Pilates Classes:

  • MORE THAN Pilates ups the ante with a more intense Pilates based workout. You will still gain all of the elements from my normal Pilates class but you will just work that little bit harder!
  • A more continuous flow of movements to keep your heart rate going
  • Lots of core, legs & bum exercises – if you have resistance bands, this would definitely be a class to get them out!
  • You will feel worked (and sweaty) but most importantly, energised & full of positive vibes!

The combination of all 3 of my weekly classes is a perfect blend to help increase your:

  • Muscular Strength
  • Core Strength
  • Stability & Flexibility
  • Mobility
