Instructor Profile
Hi, I’m Abi! A bit about me... I have been a Personal Trainer for over 4 and half years, but I have had a long and diverse relationship with and fitness. I danced ballet, tap and modern for 13 years, before becoming a keen runner and completing a number of events including the London Marathon. After the marathon, I developed a love for resistance training, which spurred my decision to become a Personal Trainer.
I am passionate about delivering a challenging workout, in a friendly, encouraging and inclusive atmosphere, with an emphasis on correct form and technique. My goal is to have my clients leave my classes with their mood elevated and feeling stronger in mind and body!
STRONG SQUAD:
Full body strength class, incorporating controlled resistance based movements, utilising both weighted and bodyweight exercises.
Equipment: mat and dumbbells/kettlebell
HIIT SQUAD:
Bodyweight HIIT class guaranteed to get your heart racing, your body sweating and those endorphins pumping.
Equipment: mat
GLUTE SQUAD:
Glute- focused lower body class, incorporating compound movements and banded glute isolation exercises to target and strengthen those all important glute muscles.
Equipment: mat and glute band
SWEAT SQUAD:
A high intensity full body workout, incorporating both resistance and cardio exercises, guaranteed to work up a sweat and elevate your mood.
